We look after the shared parts of where you live

Glen Bridge Management Company Ltd manages residential blocks and estates for residents and property owners — the upkeep, the repairs, the communal areas, the contractors, and the paperwork that sits behind all of it.

Who we are

One number to call, and a record of what was decided

Most of what goes wrong in a managed building is not the building. It is not knowing who to ring, and not being able to find out afterwards what was agreed, by whom, and what it cost.

So we take on the shared parts — the hallways and stairs, the grounds, the entry systems, the repairs and the trades who carry them out — and we keep a written record against the property as we go. Residents and owners can ask to see it at any point, and it is there.
